Summer Holiday Clubs
Dear Parents and Carers
Today we have the pleasure to announce that we WILL be running summer holiday clubs this year. Safety has always been our main concern, however in the recent climate it is even more important. Therefore we have had to make temporary changes to our holiday clubs not only to keep to government guidelines but also create the safest possible environment for you, your children and our staff.
- Our venues will only be open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- We will be using a bubble system identical to the ones currently used in school.
- 15 children in the first bubble, after this you will be placed on a waiting list and if there are sufficient bookings a 2nd bubble will be created.
- To maintain bubbles throughout the week we are only accepting week block bookings at a cost of £49.50.
- We are only accepting bookings via txt or email and payment must be made within 48hours of booking via BACS transfer. We will not be accepting cash.
- Sibling Discount of 10% off any additional sibling booking.
- Government guidance strictly adhered too including social distancing, hand washing after eating, playing, activities, as well as shut down procedures regarding outbreaks etc.
